Highlights: An insider to the Eagles organization confessed that their Super Bowl 52 “Game Plan” was to INTENTIONALLY injure the Patriots’ best deep receiver, Brandon Cooks. The Eagles knew they could not win with both Brandon and Gronk on the field. We suggest the Eagles forfeit Super Bowl 52 and the MVP or face Criminal Felony charges! This message from the Eagles will NEVER be forgotten! If not the Eagles, The NFL can do what we have done: Disqualify the Eagles and declare the Patriots Super Bowl 52 winners, and Tom Brady MVP!! This message from the NFL will NEVER be forgotten! If not the NFL, another powerful organization can file Felony charges against the Eagles Coaches and Malcom Jenkins. Our Top Priority Goal:
Here’s How to Stop COVID-19 and End this Shutdown! Air Sterilizing VERTICAL Ventilation Systems in buildings where people gather will ELIMINATE ALL contagious airborne diseases FOREVER EVERYWHERE! Air flows vertically in a soft breeze. Every human exhaled airborne contagion will be quickly drawn into air ducts then destroyed.
Now back to the Patriots winning Super Bowl 52!
We consider Unnecessary Roughness to most often be Intentional-Roughness(TM), indeed, Intentional-Battery(TM), indeed, Intentional-Aggravated-Battery(TM) with the intent to do great bodily harm! It is a Felony in ALL States of the United States!

START OF ARTICLE:
An insider to the Eagles organization confessed that their Super Bowl 52 “Game Plan” was to INTENTIONALLY injure the Patriots’ best deep receiver, Brandon Cooks, as soon as possible. This Eagle is willing to testify in court or to a Grand Jury, if it goes that far! This Eagle added Rob Gronkowski was bypassed because, “It would have looked suspicious!” The clever, shrewd, felony criminal Eagles did not want to take that chance! 1:00 Video: Jenkins Attacks Cooks!
Was it intentional? All decent High School tacklers can crash their helmet or shoulder pads on a moving target inches from the bulls-eye. Pros are the best and hardest-hitting sharpshooters with great, great force, concussion Force. Yes, it was intentional!
Was it a violation of the NFL Rules for Unnecessary Roughness? YES!
To intentionally physically attack a person causing serious injury is a Felony: Aggravated Battery! Aggravated Battery is Battery causing injury! California Law. The Eagles’ motive was to weaken a stronger competitor by eliminating a key employee! It does not matter, if it is a competitor company that sells more toilet paper than the attacking company, and then the attacker eliminates the competitor’s top salesman by hitting him on the head with a baseball bat in a dark alley, sending him to the hospital, or to the morgue. It does not matter, if the Felony takes place in a dark alley or in the Super Bowl! It is against the NFL rules and the “LAW OF THE LAND!” This is NOT “THE AMERICAN WAY!”
AGAIN: We consider Unnecessary Roughness to most often be Intentional-Roughness(TM), indeed, Intentional-Battery(TM), indeed, Intentional-Aggravated-Battery(TM) with the intent to do great bodily harm! It is a Felony in ALL States of the United States!
The New NFL-Unnecessary-Roughness-Rule(TM) AKA: The-Gronkowski-NFL-Rule(TM). The penalty could be: Possible forfeit of the game + Ejection and possible arrest of attacking player + Loss of an equivalent player + 15 yards + 1st down.

DON’T WATCH THESE VIDEOS, if you have a weak stomach! 11:28 Unnecessary Roughness Video 1 12:13 UR Video 2 12:00 UR Video 3 We say some of these Unnecessary Roughness attacks are criminal acts and should be charged as such. Charges could be filed within the NFL that has a “jury” of x-pro players who have had Unnecessary Roughness hits on them! Fined, suspended, and even jailed. This will show NFL players and lesser players, that the NFL WILL NOT tolerate INTENTIONAL-Roughness(TM).
I’d rather be hit on the head with a baseball bat swung by the average Criminal than be hit on the head by a tough, mean NFL defensive back intent on knocking me out of the game! The bat may not cause a concussion, the defensive back will!
The final play of Super Bowl 52 justifies disqualifying the Eagles! The desperation perfect Hail Mary pass by Tom to BIG MAN Gronk standing in the end zone surrounded by most of the Eagle defenders ended as a game-ending incomplete pass! The Eagles were so proud of themselves! Had The Patriots’ best receiver been in the whole game, a desperation Hail Mary would not have been needed. And if Cooks had been in for just that final Hail Mary pass, the Eagles would have had to cover two major threats, not just one!
Even more: Losing Cooks in the first quarter caused the Pats to lose their LEGAL Game Plan! The Pats had to adjust their Game Plan during half time! The Pats did that; the Pats won the second half!
We suggest the Eagles forfeit Super Bowl 52 and the MVP or face Criminal Felony charges! This message from the Eagles will NEVER be forgotten!
The NFL wants to end these ATTACKS on its best players! These attacks have ended games, seasons, and even careers of top, fan-favorite players. This is the opportunity for the NFL to end these attacks: The NFL can do what we have done: Disqualify the Eagles and declare the Patriots Super Bowl 52 winners, and Tom Brady MVP!! This message from the NFL will NEVER be forgotten!
If the NFL is not willing to Disqualify the Eagles, another powerful organization can file Felony charges against the Eagles: The Patriots, The State of Massachusetts for an attack on one of its citizens, The State of Minnesota where the Felony took place. In fact, any Brave American who witnessed the attack can file Felony charges! Is the Attacked player, Brandon Cooks, such a Brave American?
Gronk can file Felony charges against the Jaguars for the headshot that knocked him out of the 2018 AFC Championship game and ALMOST out of Super Bowl 52. 1:15 Video: Felony Attack on Gronk! Look how happy #42 is. #42 even went back and did the “I got you tag” as Gronk lay on the ground. #42 Felony attacked the much bigger man, our man Gronk! #42 knew he knocked Gronk out of the game! Yes, it was intentional!
Gronk can also file Felony charges against the Browns for the 2013 season-ending knee shot that cost Gronk months of painful rehab, and may have cost the Pats a Super Bowl victory! The Felony is shown at 3:17 on Gronk’s Highlight Video. Look how happy the Attacker, #45, is; he knew he tore up Gronk’s knee; it appears #45 did it Intentionally! He knew exactly what he was doing: he was Intentionally trying to break Gronk’s leg, and he knew he had succeeded. Yes, it was intentional!
We consider Unnecessary Roughness to most often be Intentional-Roughness(TM), indeed, Intentional-Battery(TM), indeed, Intentional-Aggravated-Battery(TM)! In future games, a local District Attorney can review ANY play on the spot and determine if the Attacking Player should be ARRESTED for Intentional-Aggravated-Battery(TM) immediately during the game! A judge and jury can later determine if the Unnecessary Roughness was intentional, unintentional, or justifiable. The judge and jury can also determine, if the attacker acted as an individual, or if the entire organization should be charged with conspiracy to commit a Felony! In the future, the sentence, including fines and prison time, can be carried out. This is “THE LAW OF THE LAND!” This is “THE AMERICAN WAY!”
An Unnecessary Roughness Penalty was not called in Super Bowl 52, presumably because the officials are reluctant to call penalties in BIG Games, because the NFL does not want the officials to determine the outcome of these games! The shrewd Eagles knew this, even though they would have gladly traded a 15-yard penalty to put Cooks in the hospital!
All PAST Unnecessary Roughness Penalties can be reviewed and charges filed! If found guilty of the Felony, players and entire organizations could be sentenced and placed on a five or ten-year probation: the sentence delayed until another offense occurs!
NOTE: The word “Unnecessary” implies Intentional!
Let’s have a New NFL-Unnecessary-Roughness-Rule(TM) AKA: The-Gronkowski-NFL-Rule(TM). The penalty could be: Possible forfeit of the game + Ejection and possible arrest of attacking player + Loss of an equivalent player + 15 yards + 1st down.
Before each future game, teams post an Unnecessary-Roughness-List(TM): 22 players on each team numbered 1-22. The Same numbered player can not return to the game until the CERTIFIED INJURED attacked player returns to the game. Thus, if the #2 player is Certified Injured by Unnecessary Roughness, the attacking team’s same numbered player can not play, in that game, until the Certified Injured player returns to that game.

The NFL and other powerful organizations will see your comment!
NFL fans, Californians especially, if you agree, sent a message to your state representatives, the NFL, and the Players Association.
